Biegemaster BS

Sperr & Lechner have been building Biegemaster® Long Folding Machines since 1978. Working in close co-operation with our clients, we have been continually improving and further developing our machines. The last model series BM and BS, have met the highest standards for quality and durability. The introduction of our BMS Touch Screen Panel in 2002 has surpassed previous standards for long folding machines, and not just with regard to its user-friendly advantage. As well as an extensive choice of standard machines, we also offer tailor-made solutions to meet individual customer specifications. All machines from model series BS are equipped with the following attachments as standard:

hydraulic adjustable clamping beam for material thickness adjustment
two different hydraulic pressures
pre-forced clamping beam
removable bending rail strip for bending beam
adjustable material support
multi-function foot pedal for clamping and bending operation
standard control for easily setting the bending angle
relief in the clamping beam for hemming operation
